I recently engaged Coastal Strata's services to help me conduct due dilligence and to order strata report on a strata property (unit) in the Newcastle/Central Coast area.
I found Coastal Strata while I was searching for resources on purchasing a unit, in which I found Craig as a guest on a very popular national mortgage broker podcast.
The advice Craig gave on the podcast was super valuable, which is why I reached out to Coastal Strata for more help in my unit purchase. The process was incredibly smooth - I reached out to their company via the website and someone contacted me immediately to explain the service and to arrange a strata report.
The report was delivered so quickly that I was able to read it and have all the relevant information needed, before I had even signed the contract to purchase the unit!
