Our background

For over a decade, Coastal Strata has been delivering comprehensive reports and expert advice to clients purchasing strata units throughout NSW.

Led by Craig Baylis, we are proud to provide insights into the intricacies of strata schemes and properties to empower our client’s property journeys.

Craig started his strata journey in 2003 working as a strata manager overseeing a diverse range of properties. In 2011 he founded Coastal Strata to meet the needs of those in the market for a strata-titled property.

His extensive industry experience allows him to evaluate a scheme’s current situation, forecast future expenses and break down these findings for you as a prospective buyer.

Coastal Strata is led by Craig Baylis.

Craig has been fortunate to be able to go through the property purchasing process a few times allowing him a 360 view of what’s important when considering buying a strata property and even more so when owning one.

Craig started in the strata industry in 2003 working as a Strata Manager keeping strata properties running smoothly.

Then in 2011 Craig started Coastal Strata to provide insights and advice to clients purchasing apartments throughout NSW.

Our insights help our clients understand the property they are buying so they can move forward with confidence.

In 2024 Craig founded Niche Cowork, a coworking space for business and creative professionals in Warilla NSW.
